Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Within Canada – All provinces and territories

  • United States – Select states (shipping rates apply)

  • For international orders outside Canada, please check the availability and rates at the checkout page
Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays)

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your shipment online
Delays & Responsibility
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, postal strikes, or carrier delays – these are outside our control

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; we cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
International Orders & Customs
  • For shipments outside Canada, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
